IV. Summary
In Madagascar some progress can be seen for stunting but at the current rate it will not be enough to reach the target. Anaemia, both for children and women, stalled at high levels. Safe access to water and sanitation improved but are still at very low level. School completion by girls furtger decreased, to 5%. All in all, malnutrition indicators point to an estimated GDP loss of 12.8%.
